What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel eight days or more from your arrival date you will be refunded $50.00 of your $100.00 deposit. If you cancel seven days or under from your arrival date you will forfeit the $100.00 deposit. All cancellations must be made by phone, not by email or text. Otherwise, it will not be counted as a valid cancellation.
