Where can I drive my golf cart?

If it is a street legal golf cart, (functioning lights, turn signals, seat belts, licensed, tagged, insured, with a driver who has a driver license), can drive it on scenic HWY 98. Anywhere where the speed limit does not exceed 35mph.
